These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the Site and related services provided by SkyReserve, Inc (\u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Scope of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We provide an online marketplace and booking platform that allows users to view, compare, and book travel-related services, which may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Private air charter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hotels and accommodations<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    We do not<\/strong> provide transportation or operate aircraft, hotels, or vehicles. The services you book through the platform are provided by independent third-party operators, carriers, brokers, or suppliers (\u201cTravel Providers\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Relationship with Travel Providers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We act solely as an intermediary.
    Your bookings are transactions directly between you and the applicable Travel Provider.
    Each Travel Provider\u2019s terms, safety standards, operational policies, cancellation rules, and liability limits apply to your reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We make no warranties regarding the performance, safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, or fitness of any Travel Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. User Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To use the Site, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Have legal authority to enter into binding contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use the Site only for legitimate travel and booking purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Not use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Account Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        5. Booking Terms & Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        When you submit a booking request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. We confirm availability with the Travel Provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Pricing is not guaranteed until confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Payment must be made in the currency specified.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Prices may change due to fuel costs, routing, airport fees, regulatory charges, or operator adjustments. You agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • We may charge your payment method for the full quoted amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Additional fees (ground handling, catering, de-icing, special permits, changes in passenger count) may apply on final invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Cancellation and change policies are set by the Travel Provider\u2014not by us.
            Many bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before confirming a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If the Travel Provider cancels a booking, your remedy is limited to the refund (if any) offered by that provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Travel Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            You are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Valid passports and visas<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Customs, immigration, and security requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Compliance with aviation and airport rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Health, vaccination, and insurance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              8. Safety, Conduct & Operational Control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              All operational decisions\u2014routing, crew assignments, passenger capacity, baggage restrictions, weather delays\u2014are made solely by the Travel Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal conduct may result in denied travel without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              9. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              All content on the Site\u2014including text, graphics, trademarks, software, and data\u2014is the property of the Company or licensed partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              10. Prohibited Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Book speculative, fraudulent, or false reservations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Resell or broker travel services unless authorized<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Use the Site in any way that interferes with its functionality<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Engage in scraping, data mining, or automated extraction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                11. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                The Site and services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d<\/strong>

                  • Flight delays, missed connections, cancellations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Loss of business, revenue, profit, or data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    13. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • Interaction or disputes with Travel Providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State
                      Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration<\/strong> in New York, New York, and not by jury trial.
                      You waive the right to participate in class actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      15. Changes to Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
